Beth Westfall Chocolates can be substituted for Ashe County Cheese in the case that the cheese cannot be refrigerated within 12-24 hours.

Beth Westfall Chocolates, located in the High Country, produces small batch, craft artisan chocolate. Special attention is given to the finest chocolate and ingredients using local and organic ingredients where possible. All chocolate products are produced in a USDA inspected facility in Watauga County.

Silky smooth, Sea Salted Caramel Bon Bons filled with caramel, white chocolate ganache, butter, and cream then wrapped in a dark chocolate shell, are hand decorated with blue accents on top, highlighting the fine quality sea salt that ensures that perfect balance of sweetness.

Fine Chocolate is to be enjoyed by eating small bites to slowly allow the flavors to unfold in the mouth!
