Ashe County Cheese is Carolina’s oldest cheese plant; it has been producing quality cheese since 1930. Located in the picturesque Blue Ridge Mountains, Ashe County Cheese is a favorite of all who live in and visit the High Country.

Ashe County Cheese took their famous yellow cheddar and blended it with Cajun seasonings to produce an unique, spicy, not too hot cheese.
Beth Westfall Chocolates can be substituted for Ashe County Cheese in the case that the cheese cannot be refrigerated within 12-24 hours.
Beth Westfall Chocolates, located in the High Country, produces small batch, craft artisan chocolate. Special attention is given to the finest chocolate and ingredients using local and organic ingredients where possible. All chocolate products are produced in a USDA inspected facility in Watauga County.
